These super refrshing fruit pops might look fancy but they are so easy to make. I just mixed some frozen fruits with a little bit of magnesium mineralized water and added them to my popsicle molds. It's as simple as that.

WHAT YOU NEED - makes 8 popsicles

For the pink layer:

1/3 of a large frozen banana

80 gr strawberries - about 4-5

A handful of blackberries

1/2 frozen banana

1 Tbsp blue matcha or butterfly tea powder dissolved in water

100 ml filtered water

For the mint layer:

1 frozen banana

1/4 Tsp matcha powder

1 Tbsp blue matcha or butterfly tea powder dissolved in water

a handful of bluebrries [optional]

1| Mix each layer individually starting with the pink layer, then carefully adding it to the popsicle molds. Run the layers over the back of teaspoon for the layers not to mix too much.

2| Add the blueberries to finish them off
